I have always pursued strength in all its forms: I grew up watching action movies and strongman competitons, and later learned about strength training through the popular bro-science podcasts. I quickly learned that there simply wasn't enough science and experience-backed strength training resources designed by, and for, women. So, Muscle Science For Women was born, complete with a range of training programs, one-on-one coaching, and a podcast with 2.6 million downloads (and counting)!
Through my work, I’ve connected with thousands of women who want to feel strong, capable, and empowered as they age. I created this app to give you the tools, knowledge, and support I wish I’d had when I started my journey. This isn’t about perfection or quick fixes—it’s about building a foundation of strength and self-assurance that lasts a lifetime.
My passion is helping women find true understanding of their bodies, and how the pieces fit together to achieve their goals: not just blindly following rules, not following fear-based advice on how to get skinny, but truly understanding how our bodies work so we can enjoy deep confidence, strength, and lasting health.
