A little over 10 years ago, I found myself at rock bottom—emotionally drained, financially broke, and feeling completely lost and useless. I turned to nature not out of adventure, but out of necessity. Feeling that I had nothing left to lose, I started spending more time outdoors, observing nature, learning the basics: making cordage, weaving baskets, and foraging for wild foods. Nature became my teacher, showing me that everything I needed to survive and thrive was already around me, waiting to be discovered.
As I immersed myself in these skills, I felt my confidence, health, and peace returning. I learned to make fire from friction, build shelters from scratch, and endure both freezing cold of night and scorching heat of the desert. Each new challenge taught me something about resilience, creativity, and the power of persistence. Over time, I pushed myself further—fasting, gathering and preparing complex wild foods, swimming in alpine lakes, running mountain trails, lifting rocks, climbing trees, surviving for days in deserts, islands and jungles. These experiences didn’t just strengthen my body; they transformed my mindset and gave me understanding to successfully tackle life's every day challenges.
I created this app to share the exact process that helped me rebuild my life. My journey isn’t just about survival—it’s about reconnecting with the natural world to unlock our full potential.
