My journey into yoga began at 41, the first step in a major life change that shattered every belief I held about age being a barrier. It was just three years later, at 44, that I made the bold decision to leave a successful career and commit fully to my true passion: becoming a certified yoga teacher. I had always believed that age was a barrier, but stepping onto the mat proved otherwise. Through dedication and perseverance, I mastered advanced poses I once thought impossible, discovering a new kind of strength—not just in my body, but in my resilient mindset.
This transformation inspired my mission: to coach others that our greatest limitations are often in our minds, not our bodies or our age. I am living proof of the vitality I teach, and that is why you can trust me as your guide. As a certified yoga teacher who started in her 40s, I have personally navigated the challenges of balancing an established life with a new physical and professional calling, making me the right coach to help adults over 40 realize their true potential.
My proven experience extends globally, building a supportive community. I have shared my unique approach on major stages, including teaching at leading Yoga Festivals and Expos and leading workshops overseas. The trust I’ve built is evidenced by a vibrant, global community of over 527k members across platforms, which proves the scale of the transformation and support we offer worldwide.
Along the way, I poured my passion into innovative tools, launching my own line of yoga mats infused with NLP techniques to support mindset shifts at the age of 49. Then, at 51, I introduced a supplement line focused on anti-aging and total body vitality—designed specifically to help people feel stronger, lose weight, burn fat, balance hormones, support gut health, and promote cellular regeneration.
