That journey led me to a new career in content, and inspired me to create the Wake Me Up podcast, where I share uplifting meditations, affirmations, and honest stories with millions of listeners around the world. Through countless messages from listeners, I realized how many people struggle with the same challenges I faced: negative self-talk, lack of motivation, and feeling alone on the path to growth.
And that's why I built this app. To be the resource I wish I’d had—a place where anyone can access practical, emotionally intelligent tools for real change, supported by my years of guidance. My background as a certified yoga instructor and long-time meditator shapes every lesson, reflection, and audio in the app. I believe positivity, confidence, and success aren't personality traits—they are a practice.
