My journey as an ESL teacher began over 2 decades ago, working with absolute beginners who needed English for daily life. I quickly realized that most resources were either too advanced or didn’t focus on the practical language my students needed to survive and thrive in real situations. I spent years developing and refining lesson plans that truly worked—lessons that introduced new vocabulary in manageable steps, recycled important words, and gave students the confidence to speak from day one.
I designed this app to bring that classroom-tested approach to more learners. Every lesson is built around real-life situations, with carefully chosen vocabulary and sentence patterns that build on each other. The spiral curriculum means students don’t just memorize words—they use them again and again, making English stick for good. I’ve included the kinds of speaking, role-play, and comprehension activities that helped my own students break through their fears and start communicating.
My background in curriculum design and years of hands-on teaching have taught me what beginners truly need: clear structure, lots of practice, and a sense of progress. I created this app so that anyone, anywhere, can build a strong foundation in English—one lesson at a time.
I know you will find these lessons as helpful and empowering as my students have. My goal is for you to feel confident using English in everyday life, no matter where you start.
