Existing acupoint images and tea images have already been professionally created and must be reused throughout the app to maintain consistency and save build time. These assets include points such as HT7, LI4, LV3, PC6, GB21, GB20, Yintang, ST36, LI10, jaw release, neck release zones, and tea cards such as Rose Tea, Chrysanthemum Tea, Chamomile Tea, Ginger Red Date Tea, Lotus Seed Longan Tea, and others. Use these visual assets across Today View, Plan View, Coach View, Library View, and onboarding.The app should begin with a world-class onboarding experience that feels intelligent and premium. Users are asked what they feel most now: overloaded mind, anxious and unsettled, emotionally heavy, tired but wired, body feels tight, flat and drained, poor sleep carryover, or irritable and tense. Then ask where they carry it: jaw, neck, shoulders, chest, stomach, head, lower back, whole body. Then ask what they want most: calm quickly, clearer focus, better sleep, emotional balance, less irritability, more energy, better performance. Based on this, the AI assigns a personalized TCM-informed pathway such as Liver Qi constraint, Heart-Spleen depletion, Yin depletion, or Phlegm fog state, translated into simple modern language users can understand.The core experience is the Today View, which should feel calm, immediate, and useful every day. It is the heart of the app. Users complete a 5-part daily sequence: Daily Briefing, Guided Reset Session, Quick Relief Point Library, Tea Support Collection, Reflection & Progress Tracking. Every visit should make users feel: I know what to do now, this is manageable, this is helping me, I trust this process, I will come back tomorrow.The Daily Briefing gives a short personalized message with optional audio guidance. Example: “Today we focus on neck and shoulder release. Five focused minutes can help your body feel lighter and clearer.” Include a visible Play Guidance button.The Guided Reset Session should support 3-minute emergency resets, 5-minute quick resets, 10-minute standard resets, and 15-minute deep resets. Sessions use one screen per action with minimal text. Example flow: intro screen, Point 1 PC6, Point 2 HT7, Point 3 LV3, breathing reset animation, completion screen. Use my existing acupoint visuals. Each point screen should show image, timer, benefits, and optional AI voice instruction.
