Running has always been more than just a sport for me. It's been a practice of self-discovery, reflection, and growth. As a coach, I've seen firsthand how easy it is for runners to get caught up in chasing metrics, losing sight of the deeper reasons they started running in the first place. Early in my own journey, I struggled with burnout and frustration, constantly measuring my worth by pace and distance. It wasn't until I began journaling and reflecting on my experiences that I truly reconnected with the joy and purpose of running.
Over the years, I've dedicated myself to helping others do the same. Through my coaching, podcast, and content, I've worked with hundreds of runners to move beyond performance obsession and cultivate a more mindful, sustainable relationship with their practice. I believe that honest reflection, guided perspective, as well as intentional mindfulness sessions can transform not just how we run, but how we live day to day.
