My journey into mindfulness and holistic well-being began out of necessity. As a mother of two, an executive coach, and someone who has relocated across three countries, I’ve experienced firsthand the overwhelm and disconnection that come with life’s transitions. Despite my professional success, I often found myself searching for clarity and a deeper sense of purpose amidst the chaos.

Through years of study at Brown University and certifications in mindfulness, health coaching, and executive coaching, I discovered the science-backed tools that truly make a difference. Integrating mindfulness, positive psychology, and neuroscience, I learned how to transform stress into resilience and reconnect with my authentic self. These practices not only helped me thrive in new environments but also inspired me to help others do the same.
