For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to creating spaces where women can finally exhale… and feel like themselves again.
Over the past 16+ years, I've guided thousands of classes and supported women who are doing so much for everyone else—juggling full lives, responsibilities, and constant demands—while quietly carrying stress, tension, and mental overwhelm.
They knew they needed something to help them feel better. But most of what they tried felt too complicated, too time-consuming, or like one more thing to get “right.” So they stopped.
That’s why I created The Everyday Reset.
Not as another routine to follow…But as a simple, supportive way to feel better in real life.
Inside the app, everything is designed to support you throughout your day.
In the morning, you can begin with a simple check-in—grounding yourself with a moment of gratitude or intention.
