My journey with the MTHFR gene mutation began long before I ever heard those five letters. For years, I struggled with unexplained fatigue that would come and go suddenly, brain fog, and body pain. I had a sense that something just wasn’t right, but doctors told me I was fine. When I became a naturopathic doctor, I was determined to find answers—not just for myself, but for the many patients who came to me with similar stories of exhaustion and overwhelm.

When I finally discovered my own MTHFR mutation, everything clicked. I dove deep into the science of methylation, learning how genetics, nutrition, and lifestyle all play a role in our energy and well-being. Through years of research, clinical experience, and personal trial and error, I developed a step-by-step approach to help people with MTHFR and methylation imbalances feel vibrant again.

I built this app because I know firsthand how isolating and confusing this journey can be. My goal is to make the process clear, supportive, and empowering—so you can stop guessing and start feeling like yourself again. This app brings together everything I’ve learned from working with thousands of clients over 20 years, hosting the To Health With That Podcast about MTHFR, writing MTHFR Easy: Get Healthy for Life, and translating complex science into practical, daily steps.
