Throughout my career, I faced injuries, burnout, and the frustration of not knowing if my training was truly working. As a former pro athlete and 12-time national champion, I learned firsthand how easy it is to get lost in the numbers and lose sight of the bigger picture—your health, energy, and life outside of sport.
Determined to find a better way, I dove into coaching, science, and data analysis. Over the years, I not only reinvented myself in a new sport, but also coached hundreds of athletes—from first-time marathoners to seasoned triathletes—helping them structure training, avoid burnout, and achieve personal bests. My book, 'The Resilient Athlete,' and my courses have reached thousands worldwide, translating complex training data into simple, actionable steps for real progress.
Balancing my own training with running a business and raising two kids, I completed 7 marathons on 7 continents in 7 days.
