I'm a clinician who helps people with pain & injury. I've helped thousands of people make sense of their pain & reach recovery. I've also taught hundreds of clinicians to use my unique approach with their patients.

This app is the culmination of years spent dedicating myself to studying the highest quality scientific evidence and refining my approach to rehabilitation. What I've learned is that the best approach is one that gives the patient an active role in their recovery, empowering them to treat themselves with exercise & education, rather than waiting for someone else to "fix" them. The "quick fix" treatments you see on social media don't actually fix anything, and I'm here to show you that you never needed fixing in the first place, because pain doesn't mean you're broken.
