My journey with Pilates began after years of feeling frustrated by workouts that left me exhausted but never truly stronger. I struggled with chronic tightness, low back discomfort, and the sense that no matter how hard I pushed, I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted. It wasn’t until I slowed down, focused on control, and learned to embrace that deep muscle shake that everything changed for me.
As a certified Pilates instructor and founder of AJOY Pilates, I’ve spent over a decade helping clients transform their bodies and their relationship with movement.
