My journey with Pilates began after years of feeling frustrated by workouts that left me exhausted but never truly stronger. I struggled with chronic tightness, low back discomfort, and the sense that no matter how hard I pushed, I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted. It wasn’t until I slowed down, focused on control, and learned to embrace that deep muscle shake that everything changed for me.

As a certified Pilates instructor and founder of AJOY Pilates, I’ve spent over a decade helping clients transform their bodies and their relationship with movement. I created this app to bring the signature experience I offer in my studio to anyone, anywhere—guiding you to find that powerful moment of fatigue and stay with it, because that’s where real change happens.

Every session in this app is designed to layer activation, controlled movement, and isometric holds, targeting the stabilizers that support your posture and core. My approach is low-impact but highly effective, perfect for anyone who feels stuck, deals with tight hips or back pain, or wants to move better in every part of life.
