When I was a high school athlete, I was average at best. I wanted to get better, but I didn't know how to train. Like most athletes, I spent a lot of time trying to figure out what exercises to do, how often to train, and what would actually make me better on the field.
When I discovered the weight room, everything changed. I saw firsthand how structured training could improve not just my physical abilities, but my confidence as an athlete.
Seven years ago, I started running my first high school strength and conditioning program. Since then, I've dedicated myself to figuring out what actually works for high school athletes—from athletes trying to make the team to those competing at the highest levels of college athletics.
I've seen the same problem over and over again:
Most high school athletes don't have access to a qualified strength and conditioning coach.
They're left piecing together workouts from TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or whatever their friends are doing—without knowing if it's helping, hurting, or simply wasting their time.
That's why I built this app.
It brings the same training principles, structure, and coaching philosophy I've used to help 15+ high school athletes fulfill their dream of playing college sports. These same principles were also used to help win a 5A football state championship. Every exercise, progression, and training session is built from real-world coaching experience—not just theory.
You don't need to have a private strength coach. You don't need to know exactly what you're doing. You just need to be willing to put in the work. I'll take care of the rest.
