For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by the ways our attachment styles shape our relationships. As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I’ve spent years working with individuals and couples who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, insecurity, and miscommunication. I saw firsthand how anxiously attached adults often struggle with self-doubt, testing their partners, and spiraling into negative narratives that undermine even the strongest relationships.
My passion for helping people break these patterns led me to develop TALK Like You Love Each Other, a course designed to help clients tune into their triggers, challenge their assumptions, and communicate with clarity and kindness. Through my work, I’ve learned that real change happens when people have practical tools and relatable examples they can use in everyday life—not just theory.
I created this app to bring together the most effective elements of internal family systems therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy, making them accessible to anyone who wants to feel more secure in their long-term relationship. My approach is grounded in compassion, real-world experience, and a deep belief that everyone deserves to feel confident and connected with their partner.
My hope is that this app will help you move from anxious patterns to secure, loving connection—so you can experience less conflict, more understanding, and a true sense of safety in your relationship.
