For most of my adult life, I felt like my body was speaking a language I couldn’t understand. Living with autoimmune conditions, thyroid dysfunction, and a nervous system stuck in survival mode, I spent years searching for answers that never seemed to fit my lived experience. I wasn’t just reading about chronic illness—I was living it, every single day.
My journey led me to study neuroscience, yoga therapy, somatic work, NLP, and spirituality, not as an outsider, but as someone desperate to decode the alarms my body kept sounding. Over 18 years, I pieced together why our bodies react the way they do, and how we can gently guide ourselves out of constant alert and into true repair.
Through this process, I developed Unmapping—a methodology that traces every alarm back to its root and gently guides you back to the self you may have lost along the way. This isn’t about managing symptoms or becoming a better patient. It’s about reconnecting with the real you, the one who exists beneath the layers of coping and survival.
I built this app because I know how isolating and confusing chronic illness can be. My hope is that it becomes a compassionate companion for women who want to understand their bodies, break free from the cycle of alarms, and finally feel at home within themselves again.
