For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by the invisible maps we use to navigate our lives—especially when those maps keep us stuck, small, or unseen. My journey began not in a classroom, but in the trenches of my own life: living through autoimmune conditions, profound loss, grief, and countless forced reroutes that dismantled every plan I ever made. I didn’t study these patterns from the outside. I lived them from the inside, feeling every twist and turn that comes with being exhausted, invisible, or undervalued in my professional life.
Over the past 18 years, I became obsessed with one question: why do people get stuck, and how do we truly break free? My search led me across neuroscience, somatic work, yoga therapy, NLP, and deep spiritual inquiry. Along the way, I noticed how the maps we unconsciously follow shape every decision, every limit, and every breakthrough.
As a cartographer, I began to see the patterns—how symptoms point to root causes, and how transformation is possible when we address mind, body, and spirit together. I developed Unmapping, a six-step methodology that guides people from surface symptoms to the core of what’s holding them back, and then to their own unique coordinates for fulfillment and visibility.
This app is the culmination of everything I’ve learned and lived. My hope is that it becomes a trusted companion for anyone ready to stop hustling for worth and start showing up as their true self—fully, unapologetically, and finally recognized for their value.
