After two decades of research, I discovered how our thoughts and beliefs shape every aspect of our lives. Through years of research, teaching, and personal experimentation, I learned that we all have the ability to change not just our present circumstances, but also shift how we relate to our past and how we can envision and create our future.

I've worked with thousands of people from all walks of life—students, professionals, athletes, and everyday individuals—guiding them to harness the power of their minds to overcome obstacles and achieve lasting change. Along the way, I realized that many people struggle to find practical tools that actually work in daily life, not just in theory.

I have reread this book several times and listened on audible. It is so deep I realized I missed so much.

I didn't realize how much of my life is made by how I interpret and view my external world. Changing my view changes how I feel and respond. We dont realize our view is a habit. By changing the view now, we change our view on the past. Which alters our view on our dreams and goals for the future. And our possibility of success.

Also we behave better, preform better, and feel more positive. Feeling positive is the goal. Ee change both our inner i.e. feelings and outer i.e. results, relationships. Brilliant!!

Since the release of The Secret I have been trying oh-so-hard to get my mind under control and do what other books on Law of Attraction advise i.e "Just Believe" "Say Affirmations" "Be Grateful" etc. But it is only Anthony Hamilton who actually tells you HOW to do that. My kindle version of of the book has so many highlights it has become kind of pointless to make any more! He explains so clearly about why you think negative thoughts, and then talks about HOW to get rid of them - and not just by carpet-bombing your mind with positive affirmations. Only when truly understanding how your internal 'models of reality' (which are mostly false) affect how 'external reality' can you go ahead and change your circumstances. Every few paragraph you will find wonderful pearls of wisdom make you stop and go 'Why couldn't I see that before?!".

Why isn't this man as famous as Tony Robbins???

His brilliant use of analogies in particular, really help to make what could be considered dense subject matter, easily comprehensible. I'd been hoping to find a modern author along the lines of Neville Goddard and I've always been fascinated with the topic of time travel, feeling intuitively that it must have some kind of practical use in navigating through life. Finished the book in 3 days -- now, I'm on to the exercises ... very exciting!

He has simplified scientific analysis about how our minds function and he provides useful analogies so that readers can grasp the concepts and apply the information immediately in everyday life. Some of his work is similar in some ways to other programs that I have personal experience with. The difference in my case, is that the book has filled in some large gaps in my previous knowledge and also introduced me to a lot of new information, that I was able to apply immediately and I already noticed minor changes and positive results before I even put the book down. I think so many of us get stuck in a rut, perhaps a crappy job, difficult financial situation, or anything else in this day and age that can cause feelings of negativity.
