My journey into wellness started long before my professional training. Like many people, I once thought being healthy was mostly about exercise and nutrition. Over time, through my own experiences with burnout, feeling disconnected from myself, and searching for greater purpose, I learned that well-being is so much bigger than that. Our mental health, physical health, habits, relationships, identity, and sense of purpose are all connected. With a master’s degree in counseling psychology and years of experience in fitness and behavior change, I’ve seen firsthand how challenging it can be to create lasting change when we treat each aspect of ourselves separately. So many wellness tools focus on one piece of the puzzle, when real life is much more complicated and human than that. That’s why I created Realign. I wanted to bring psychology, behavior change, fitness, nutrition, personal growth, and meaningful connection into one place, with guidance that meets you where you are and helps you move toward where you want to be.My hope is that Realign helps you understand yourself more deeply, build habits that actually fit your life, reconnect with what matters to you, and create a healthier, more fulfilling life that feels like your own.
Wellness isn’t about perfection. It’s about learning, growing, and finding your way back to yourself.
