I know how easy it can be for women to lose touch with themselves while caring for everyone else, carrying old expectations, and trying to hold everything together. For years, I struggled with self-doubt, people-pleasing, and patterns that kept me feeling small and disconnected from my own inner strength.
My own healing began when I discovered Louise Hay’s philosophy of self-love and inner transformation. It helped me understand that real change does not come from forcing ourselves to be better. It begins when we learn to meet ourselves with compassion, listen inward, and gently shift the beliefs and patterns that have shaped our lives.
As a Certified Heal Your Life® Coach and Teacher, Board Certified Consulting Hypnotist, meditation guide, professional singer, and music therapist, I have spent years helping women rebuild self-worth, soften the inner critic, regulate emotions, set healthier boundaries, and reconnect with the truth of who they are. My work blends coaching, meditation, journaling, subconscious healing, music, and practical daily tools in a way that is gentle, grounded, and deeply supportive.
I created Embrace Your Power as a daily companion for women who want to feel more connected, calm, confident, and supported in real life. This app is not about perfection or pressure. It is a safe space to pause, reflect, receive encouragement, and take one loving step at a time toward a life that feels good from within.
Embrace Your Power is created through Blissvana, the healing and personal growth platform I co-founded with my husband, Kapil. Kapil’s background in holistic wellbeing, personal transformation, and technology helped shape the app into a nurturing digital experience, while the heart, voice, and practices inside the app are guided by my work with women and my belief that every woman deserves to feel worthy, resilient, empowered, and at home within herself.
