I know firsthand how overwhelming pregnancy nutrition can feel. As a registered dietitian, a mom of two, and someone who has spent years supporting families through pregnancy, postpartum, infant feeding, and pediatric nutrition, I’ve seen how much pressure, fear, and judgment can show up around food, bodies, symptoms, and doing the “right” thing.
My work lives at the intersection of clinical nutrition, public health, and real-life application — helping families navigate everything from nausea, food aversions, gestational diabetes, anemia, and breastfeeding/chestfeeding to postpartum recovery, starting solids, picky eating, and family feeding.
I’ve led and contributed to maternal health programs focused on improving nutrition access and outcomes for underserved communities, and I’ve learned this over and over again: most people do not need more rules, pressure, or shame. They need clear, compassionate guidance that fits real life.
I created this app because I wanted to offer the kind of support I wish I had during my own pregnancies: practical, evidence-based nutrition guidance that feels calming, non-judgmental, and truly supportive.
Pregnancy does not always happen under the most ideal conditions. There’s exhaustion, nausea, stress, financial pressure, cultural expectations, conflicting advice online, short appointments, and a lot of moments where you’re left wondering, “Is this normal?” or “Am I doing enough?”
My approach centers accessibility, trust, and helping you feel seen and supported, not judged.
This app is a natural extension of my mission: to translate maternal nutrition science into realistic, emotionally supportive guidance you can actually use.
My hope is that every person who uses this app feels calmer, more informed, and more confident in how they nourish themselves — without fear, shame, or unrealistic expectations.
