At least my job was stable... I thought. Then 1,000+ people were laid off, and I finally started looking for a new job.

Looking back, I'm grateful. Those layoffs were the spark I needed. Within a year, I landed three $200,000+ offers at some of the most famous, and competitive, companies in the world.

Along the way, I realized that most people were making the exact same mistakes. They were mass applying to job boards without hearing back. They were walking into interviews without the right preparation. And if they did get an offer, they had no idea what was fair or not.
