Over 10 years ago, I completely transformed my body through fitness and nutrition. Like many women, I started because I wanted to look leaner, feel more confident, and finally stop feeling "skinny-fat." At first, it worked.
I fell in love with fitness, learning everything I could about training, nutrition, and wellness. But somewhere along the way, that passion slowly turned into obsession. I became hyper-focused on workouts, food quality, steps, supplements, and doing everything "right." Then in 2021, my gut health completely flipped. I dealt with bloating, digestive issues, inflammation, and a level of frustration that consumed far too much of my energy. I tried elimination diets, restrictive protocols, supplements, and wellness trends, convinced there had to be something wrong with me.
While I eventually made huge improvements in my digestion and overall health and went back to school for Holistic Nutrition... I later realized something important: I had also developed fear around food. Not intentionally or dramatically, but over time, I had slowly normalized eating less and less. Even though I THOUGHT I was eating a ton.
I was still eating "healthy" and balanced meals, but I was unintentionally under-fueling my body. One of the biggest turning points in my journey was learning about body recomposition and going through a reverse diet myself. Increasing my calories and carbohydrates challenged a lot of the beliefs I had developed around food, but it also opened my eyes to how much my body needed support, not more restriction.
That experience completely changed the way I approach health, fitness, and body composition. Most women don't need another diet. They need more muscle, more fuel, better recovery, and a strategy that actually supports their body.
Again and again, I saw the same patterns in my clients... women who were disciplined, active, and doing everything "right," yet still struggling with bloating, plateaus, exhaustion, and feeling disconnected from their bodies. That's why I created this app. It was time. I've been in the industry for way too long and it's time we take all of this knowledge and help thousands of you! I wanted to build the resource I wish I had when I was stuck: a place that combines strength training, nutrition, nervous system support, and real education into one sustainable approach. My goal is to help you stop fighting your body, start fueling it properly, and finally build a body that feels strong, energized, and confident.
