During my time there, I served as VP of Sales, helped coach sales professionals across 20+ industries, and became one of the company’s top sales coaches by helping reps, closers, entrepreneurs, and sales teams improve the way they communicate, diagnose problems, handle resistance, and close with more confidence.
I also helped lead and close some of the largest B2B deals in company history, working with organizations that needed more than motivational sales advice — they needed a real framework for creating better conversations, better trust, and better buying decisions.
But I didn’t get there by learning how to “pitch harder.”
Early in my career, I realized that enthusiasm, product knowledge, and confidence were not enough. Prospects do not buy just because you sound excited. They buy when they feel understood. They buy when the conversation helps them see the cost of staying where they are. They buy when the salesperson knows how to ask the right questions at the right time, without sounding pushy, scripted, or desperate.
That realization changed everything.
