I grew up playing the piano, but when I first started writing orchestral music, I struggled to bring the sounds in my head to life. The world of orchestral sample libraries, while exciting - felt daunting at times, and I often found myself overwhelmed by the technology. I spent years writing, experimenting and refining my workflow until I was finally able to produce orchestral mockups that matched what I heard in my head.
As I shared my music online, I realized that many other composers faced similar challenges—especially those starting out. That’s what inspired me to start teaching and sharing my process. Over the years, I’ve helped thousands of composers transform their ideas into polished, portfolio-ready tracks using the tools they already have at home.
This app is the culmination of everything I’ve learned about writing, orchestrating, and producing orchestral music with sample libraries. I designed it to guide you step-by-step, from your very first musical sketch to a finished piece you’ll be proud to share. Every lesson, tip, and workflow comes directly from my own experience as a working composer and educator.
A few of my credits include composition and mockup production work for renowned artists around the world, including Tina Guo, Anne-Kathrin Dern, RoomieOfficial, and Seycara. My music has also won multiple awards, including first prize in the 2025 Best Symphonina of the Year Composer Competition and a nomination for a Hollywood Independent Music Award.
My hope is that this app gives you the confidence and skills to express your musical voice, build your portfolio, and open doors to new creative opportunities. I can’t wait to hear what you create!
