I’ve spent my entire career as a physical therapist, yoga therapist and personal trainer, working with women who want to stay strong, active, and independent as they age. In my 60s now, I know firsthand how important it is to maintain muscle, protect our joints, and support bone health—especially for women over 50.

Over the years, I’ve seen so many women hesitate to start strength training because they worry about injury, feel overwhelmed by complicated routines, or simply don’t know where to begin. I’ve also witnessed the incredible transformation that happens when women discover their own strength—physically and mentally.

That’s why I created this app: to make safe, effective strength training accessible to every woman, no matter her starting point. I designed each workout to be joint-friendly, progressive, and easy to follow, drawing on decades of clinical experience and the latest research in women’s health.

My hope is that this app gives you the tools, confidence, and support you need to build a stronger, healthier future. You deserve to feel powerful in your own body—at any age. Let’s get stronger together, one week at a time.
