I started out chasing extreme results—competing in two Men's Physique bodybuilding shows, pushing my body to its limits, and following restrictive diets that left me feeling empty. But after the competitions ended, I faced a harsh reality: I spiraled into binge eating, gaining 60 pounds of body fat in just two months. That experience was a wake-up call that completely reshaped my philosophy on health, fitness, and what real transformation means.

I've coached dozens of men and women through their own metabolic adaptations, managed group fitness programs, and held GM-level responsibility at a major luxury fitness facility. Through these roles, I've seen firsthand what actually works for busy professionals who want to lose body fat and rebuild their metabolism—without sacrificing their sanity or happiness.

My Metabolism-First approach is rooted in my own transformation and the lessons I've learned from guiding real clients.
