My fitness journey has never been linear. I competed in two Men's Physique bodybuilding shows, pushed my body to 7% body fat, and followed every restrictive protocol you can imagine. Then the competitions ended — and I spiraled into binge eating, gaining 60 pounds in two months. I'd lived both extremes. Neither one taught me how to live lean year round.


That experience completely reshaped how I think about transformation. I stopped chasing outcomes and started building identity. I asked myself: who do I need to become to sustain this for life? That question changed everything — and it's the foundation of everything inside Metabolism Mastery.


Since then I've been named USA Man of the Year 2025, represented the United States in the international pageant, coached hundreds of clients worldwide, managed GM-level operations at a major luxury fitness facility, and built a community of 16K+ across @claytonmaxwell_ and @createmomentum_.


What I've seen firsthand: busy professionals don't fail because they lack willpower — they fail because nobody taught them the right system. I built Metabolism Mastery because I needed it to exist. Three pillars — strategic nutrition, progressive strength, and nervous system regulation — built for the life you actually have.

With ACSM and NASM certifications in personal training and nutrition, a bachelor's degree in nutrition and wellness, and recognition as USA Man of the Year 2025, I bring the academic background, real-world experience, and lived proof to back everything inside this app.
