I trained in Lifestyle Medicine—a rapidly growing, science-based approach now practiced in over 57 countries—that focuses on the root causes of health, including metabolism, nutrition, sleep, stress, and daily habits. Instead of chasing short-term results, it addresses the underlying drivers of weight and overall health in a more effective, sustainable way.
