For as long as I can remember, I've been passionate about helping women feel their best—especially when it comes to the ups and downs that come with hormones. Early in my career as a health educator, I saw how confusing and overwhelming it could be to figure out what actually helps with energy, sleep, mood, and cravings. I met so many women who felt stuck, frustrated, or just plain tired of trying to sort through complicated advice that didn't fit their real lives.

My own journey taught me that small, simple habits can make a big difference. I learned that you don't need to overhaul your whole life to start feeling better—you just need the right support, clear steps, and encouragement along the way. That's why I became a certified women's wellness coach and spent years guiding women through practical changes that actually stick.

I created this app because I wanted to give every woman access to the same tools and coaching I use with my clients. The app breaks down the science of hormones into easy lessons and helps you build routines that support your body, one day at a time.
