For as long as I can remember, I've been passionate about understanding the human mind—especially the unique ways neurodivergence shapes our lives. As a licensed clinical psychologist, I've spent the past 25 years working with adults and children navigating ADHD, autism, and trauma. But my connection to this work is deeply personal, too: I am publicly AuDHD myself, and I know firsthand how confusing, isolating, and overwhelming it can feel to wonder if you or your child might be autistic, ADHD, or both.
Throughout my career, I've seen so many people struggle to access clear, compassionate information about neurodivergence—especially those who don't fit the 'classic' profiles or who can't access formal diagnosis. I built this app to bridge that gap, combining clinical criteria, lived experience, and the latest research in a way that's accessible, affirming, and practical.
My approach is grounded in both science and empathy. I want users to feel seen, understood, and empowered to explore their own or their child's neurotype without shame or gatekeeping. This app is the resource I wish I'd had years ago—one that honors both the complexity of neurodivergence and the real-world challenges of seeking answers.
My hope is that this app helps you find clarity, self-understanding, and the confidence to take your next steps—whatever they may be. You deserve support that recognizes your whole story.
