Many people with ADHD are highly perceptive. They can spot patterns in businesses, relationships, teams and complex situations, yet often struggle to see the bigger picture of their own lives.
Day-to-day experiences can feel overwhelming, frustrating or chaotic. A difficult day can feel like everything is going wrong. A productive day can feel like everything is finally fixed. The reality is often more nuanced.
ADHD Compass was created to help people step back from the noise of individual days and see what is actually happening over time.
Rather than focusing on productivity, habits, routines or rigid systems, ADHD Compass helps users understand the patterns that influence their energy, focus, progress, confidence, calm and overall wellbeing. Through simple weekly reflection and thoughtful analysis, the app helps users identify what is working, what gets in the way and which conditions support a better week.
The app is built on insights from behavioural science, self-regulation research, reflective practice, pattern recognition and lived experience of ADHD. It is based on a simple belief: awareness creates better decisions.
ADHD Compass is intentionally lightweight. It is not designed to become another system to manage or another source of pressure. Instead, it provides perspective, helping users recognise patterns they may be too close to see for themselves.
Over time, those small observations build into something valuable: a clearer understanding of what works, what doesn't and how to create a life that works with your brain rather than against it.
