My journey into fitness and nutrition started with my own struggles— a little over 10 years ago, I was a bit confused about my fitness goals. That's when I decided to hire a coach. With her suggestion I enrolled into a 60 day program meeting two times a week with a strict nutrition plan to build my strength. Because I excelled so quickly through the 60 day program, then she suggested I enter into a bikini competition. My first bikini competition was in July of 2015. Being a first time competitor , I did really well and placed 5th. My coach was very happy about that. After my first show, my friends and family members would ask me for fitness advice and nutrition tips. This made me realize that I can help others to achieve the results that they want for their fitness goals.
Over the years, I became a certified fitness coach and nutrition specialist, working with clients from all walks of life. I saw firsthand how powerful it is when people have a plan tailored to their goals, their schedule, and their preferences. That’s why I created this app: to give you the tools, guidance, and support I wish I’d had when I started.
Every workout in this app is designed and demonstrated by me, so you know you’re getting safe, effective exercises that actually work. I’ve also included a macros calculator and calorie tracker, because nutrition is just as important as training—and everyone’s needs are different. You’ll find recipes with my personal touch, complete with my logo, so you know they’re tried, tested, and delicious.
Tracking progress is key, so you can upload transformation photos, sync your Apple Watch, and keep tabs on daily habits that make a real difference.
