For almost ten years, I've dedicated my career to helping people move better, feel stronger, and live with less pain. As a physical therapist, I've worked with everyone from professional athletes striving for peak performance to office workers battling daily aches, manual laborers recovering from injuries, and retirees determined to stay active as they age. Our clinic in NYC has grown into one of the city's most successful practices, and there's currently a waitlist for new patients to see me—a testament to the results we've achieved together.

But I know that not everyone can make it to my clinic, and not everyone has the time or resources for regular in-person sessions. That's why, for the past six years, I've shared physical therapy and movement tips online, building a community of nearly 2 million followers who want to take charge of their health.

During all this, I kept hearing the same thing: people want a simple, effective way to improve their posture, mobility, and stability—without spending hours each day, needing fancy equipment, or seeing someone in person.
