For a long time, I lived disconnected from myself in ways I didn't fully understand.
From the outside, much of my life looked successful. I built a career in television and media, showed up for the people I loved, and kept moving forward.
But underneath it all, I often felt exhausted, overwhelmed, emotionally disconnected, and unsure how to fully be with myself without reaching for something to numb, escape, soften, or quiet what I was carrying.
What began as questioning my relationship with alcohol (a gut feeling I initially ignored to my detriment) eventually became something much deeper: a journey back to myself.
Much of the conversation around alcohol and sobriety is filled with shame, rigid rules, labels, and unrealistic expectations. I knew I needed a different way forward—not just for myself, but for the many women I would later discover were walking a similar path.
Through honesty, self-awareness, support, healing, and learning to reconnect with the parts of myself I had slowly abandoned along the way, I began to create lasting change.
As I shared my story, women everywhere started sharing theirs with me. I realized how many of us were quietly struggling—not just with alcohol, but with burnout, people-pleasing, emotional exhaustion, disconnection, loneliness, grief, identity, pressure, and the feeling that we had somehow lost ourselves.
This app was created to be the kind of support I wish I'd had when I first realized something needed to change. A place that feels compassionate instead of shaming, supportive instead of overwhelming, and flexible instead of rigid.
Whether you're becoming more aware of your patterns, actively changing your relationship with alcohol, or already alcohol-free and learning how to fully live again, this experience is designed to meet you where you are.
My hope is that it helps you reconnect with yourself, strengthen self-trust, and create a life that feels more honest, grounded, aligned, and fully your own.
