As a clinical psychologist, I’ve spent over a decade working closely with individuals navigating their anxiety. Early in my career—and through my own experience overcoming anxiety—I learned how overwhelming it can feel, and how isolating it is when you don’t know where to turn. This perspective informed my commitment to mastering the most effective, evidence-based treatments, and over the years, I’ve helped a wide range of individuals regain control of their lives.
My passion for anxiety treatment led me to create an online course, complete with video lessons and practical exercises, so more people could access proven strategies outside of the therapy room. But I kept hearing from clients and students that they needed more support between sessions—reminders, encouragement, and a way to practice skills in real time.
That's why I built this app. I wanted to bring together everything I've learned: structured lessons, interactive practices, and the support of an AI anxiety coach, all in one place. The app integrates my full course, daily reminders, and the same exercises I use in therapy, making it easier than ever to build new habits and reduce anxiety.
