For over twenty years, I’ve dedicated my medical practice to helping women navigate the complex and often frustrating journey of living with PCOS. Early in my career, I saw first hand how many women felt dismissed or misunderstood by traditional approaches, and I knew there had to be a better way. As a functional medicine doctor, I’ve worked closely with thousands of women, listening to their stories, digging deeper into root causes, and developing holistic strategies that go beyond just managing symptoms.

My passion for this work comes from seeing the transformation that’s possible when women are empowered with the right knowledge and tools. I’ve witnessed patients regain their energy, restore hormonal balance, and reclaim their confidence—often after years of feeling stuck. But I also realized that not everyone could access this level of personalized care, and that’s what inspired me to create this app.

This app brings together everything I’ve learned in my practice: evidence-based guidance, practical lifestyle changes, and compassionate support.
