For over 20 years, I’ve had the privilege to work with women navigating the often confusing world of hormone changes. As a physician, I’ve seen how symptoms like sleep disruption, mood swings, brain fog, and weight changes can quietly take over, yet so many women are left without clear answers or guidance.
I began my clinical journey in 2004 after earning my undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Washington in 1996 and my Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University in 2004.
Since then, I’ve specialized in hormone replacement therapy for women in perimenopause, what I call the in-betweener, and menopause, as well as thyroid and adrenal health, using a combination of prescriptions, targeted supplementation, and lifestyle strategies.
Through thousands of patient conversations, I realized that most resources were either too generic or too simplistic, failing to address the unique transitions women experience, especially during perimenopause, the in-betweener phase, and menopause. That’s why I developed my own clinical framework to help women identify their hormone phase, recognize patterns, and make sense of their symptoms in a way that’s both thorough and compassionate.
This app is the culmination of my years of experience, designed to bring the same depth of education and personalized guidance I offer in my clinic to women everywhere.
