My journey into fitness started as a personal quest to find a training approach that actually worked for real people with real lives. Early on, I realized that most workout programs were either too generic or too rigid, failing to account for the unique needs, equipment, and goals of each individual. I watched clients come and go from the gym and yo-yo in their own fitness pursuits. As a coach, I spent years creating custom routines for clients—tweaking exercises, adjusting difficulty, and building progressions that kept them motivated and injury-free.

But I always wished there was a smarter, more flexible way to deliver truly personalized workouts at scale. That's what inspired me to create this app. I wanted to give everyone access to the same level of customization and variety that my private clients receive, no matter their experience level or what equipment they have at home.

This app is the result of over 20,000hrs of hands-on coaching, research, and experimentation.
