For years, I've sat with people who genuinely wanted to show up differently in their relationships but kept finding themselves in the same painful moments. A conversation goes sideways. A text gets misread. Someone pulls away. Before they know it, they're reacting in ways that don't feel like their best selves.


What I've learned is that most people don't need more advice. They need help understanding what's happening while it's happening.I built You Make Sense because I wanted a tool that could help people slow those moments down. A place to make sense of what they're feeling, understand why they're reacting, and find a clearer path forward before the moment turns into another fight, shutdown, or spiral.
