My journey with food and body image has been deeply personal. Years ago, I struggled with an eating disorder that left me feeling trapped, anxious, and disconnected from myself. The process of recovery was anything but linear, but it taught me invaluable lessons about compassion, resilience, and the importance of healing from within.
Driven by my own experience, I became passionate about supporting other women on their path to food freedom. Over the past two decades, I’ve worked 1-1 with hundreds of women, guiding them to overcome disordered eating, build self-compassion, and rediscover joy in their lives. My approach is rooted in both professional expertise and lived experience, blending evidence-based strategies with empathy and understanding.
Through my podcast, Instagram, and Substack, I’ve reached thousands of people worldwide, sharing practical tools and honest conversations about recovery. I’ve developed comprehensive resources through courses to make healing accessible and actionable.
