Hi, I'm Heather! For as long as I can remember, I've been passionate about helping people feel truly good in their bodies. As a Certified Qigong and Yoga Instructor (RYT 500) and a Certified Fitness Trainer, I've spent years teaching in studios and working one-on-one with clients who struggled with back pain, poor posture, and limited mobility.
My own journey with movement began as a way to manage stress and reconnect with my body. Over time, I saw how mindful movement could not only relieve pain but also build strength, flexibility, and confidence.
