As a Certified Qigong and Yoga Instructor (RYT 500) and a Certified Fitness Trainer, I've spent years teaching in studios and working one-on-one with clients who struggled with back pain, poor posture, and limited mobility.

My own journey with movement began as a way to manage stress and reconnect with my body. Over time, I saw how mindful movement could not only relieve pain but also build strength, flexibility, and confidence. I witnessed countless students transform their lives—moving from discomfort and restriction to freedom and joy—by learning to nurture their backs and cores with the right practices.
