As an endurance athlete, I’ve spent countless hours training, racing, and—most importantly—recovering. The biggest lesson I learned is that recovery often starts the night before. Like many people, I was drawn to wearables and sleep data, hoping the numbers would help me understand why I felt sharp some days and flat on others. But instead, I often found myself overwhelmed by metrics and unsure how to turn them into better sleep habits.
Over time, I started sharing my journey and insights online, building an engaged audience of athletes and everyday users who wanted the same thing: clearer guidance on how sleep, stress, breathing, training, and daily routines affect recovery. Through conversations and feedback, I learned exactly where people get stuck—not in collecting data, but in knowing what to do tonight, tomorrow morning, and throughout the week to feel more recovered.
My background in business and customer-focused roles taught me to always think from the user’s perspective. I realized the real value is not just tracking more sleep or recovery metrics—it is making them simple, understandable, and actionable. That’s why I set out to create this app: to help people connect their sleep patterns to their recovery, then turn those insights into small daily actions that actually fit their life.
My hope is that this app helps you sleep better, recover smarter, and feel more confident in your daily decisions—whether you’re chasing a podium, training consistently, or just trying to wake up feeling better every day.
