The goal is to bridge the gap between data and behaviour, helping people make better decisions around rest, training, and overall performance.
I’m the best person to create this app because I live in this space daily. As an endurance athlete and Garmin user, I understand both the value and the frustration of having a lot of data without clear direction. I’ve also built an engaged audience around this topic, which gives me direct insight into what people struggle with and what they want to improve.
