I didn't learn the Trinity of Self from a textbook — I lived it. I lived the fragmentation and disconnection that follow trauma, and my own recovery became the foundation of everything I now teach.
The Trinity of Self is three parts within you: Jypze Nyx, the exiled angel — the innocent, luminous part that had to go quiet to survive. Lucia Lilith, the firefighter — the explosive one, when the silence can't be silenced anymore; demonized, but never demonic. And Isa'Rose Sophia, the sovereign soul storyteller shaman — the Self who gathers them all into wholeness, balancing the yin and the yang.
I built this framework through my own recovery, then found it reflected in three lenses, oldest first: shamanic soul retrieval, Jungian shadow work, and IFS parts work — the last one as clinical validation, not the headline. I am not affiliated with or promoting any single founder; these are three languages for the same truth. My selection as an IFS scholarship trainee simply confirmed what my lived experience had already taught me.
This app grows from work that already exists: a published journal, a storybook, and a two-season podcast. They showed me how deeply this resonates with people seeking a more whole relationship with themselves.
I am actively pursuing my degree in psychology on the path to a trauma and neuropsychology practice. This app is the next platform for my life's work — not a trend.
You're not broken. You're fragmented. And fragments can be gathered to wholeness. There are no walls here, only doors — walk your way, and forge your path.
