My journey to becoming a Navy SEAL was anything but easy. I know firsthand what it takes to not just survive, but excel in the most demanding military training on earth. As a US Naval Academy graduate, State Champion wrestler, Surface Warfare Officer, and later a Navy SEAL, I learned that preparation is everything—and that most people underestimate the mental and physical grind required to graduate from BUD/S.
After my time in the Teams, I dedicated myself to helping others achieve what I did. I’ve coached hundreds of aspiring SEALs, athletes, and high performers, breaking down the process into a system that leaves nothing to chance. I built this app because I saw too many candidates show up unprepared, not for lack of effort, but for lack of the right guidance and structure. My approach is brutally honest, relentlessly detailed, and focused on results—because that’s what it takes to make it through.
Every workout, every meal, every recovery strategy in this app is based on what actually works in the field. I’ve included the same logbook requirements, nutrition protocols, and mental toughness drills I used and now teach to my private clients. I want you to have the tools, accountability, and mindset to not just pass the PST, but to crush it and graduate BUD/S ready for anything.
