For most of my life, I struggled with being skinny-fat and low energy. I tried countless diets and workout routines, but nothing seemed to stick. It wasn’t until I developed the Primal Protocol - an approach that integrates nutrition, training, mindset, and lifestyle - that I finally saw real, lasting change. I went from feeling stuck and frustrated to building the physique and energy I always wanted, and I realized it wasn’t about genetics or willpower - it was about having the right system and support.

As my own transformation took shape, I became passionate about helping others do the same. Through my 1-on-1 coaching, I’ve guided hundreds of people to lose fat, build muscle, and reclaim their health - no matter their starting point. My content now reaches over 25 million people every month, inspiring and educating them to optimize their bodies and lives. But what I’m most proud of is leading by example: I overcame my own addictive habits - alcohol, cigarettes, junk food, and more - and now live a healthy lifestyle 365 days a year without feeling deprived.

This app brings together everything I’ve learned: the workshops, the Primal Protocol Book and exclusive client resources that cover food, exercise, sleep, mindset and more. I built it to make real transformation accessible, practical, and sustainable for anyone willing to show up for themselves.
