As a naturopathic physician, acupuncturist, yoga teacher, and breathwork coach, I’ve spent over 15 years helping people reconnect with their bodies and minds. Early in my career, I saw how stress and nervous system dysregulation could impact every aspect of health—from sleep and digestion to mood and energy. I realized that true healing required more than just treating symptoms; it demanded a mind, body, and spirit approach.

Through thousands of hours working with clients, I developed a toolkit of practices that blend ancient wisdom with modern science. I watched people transform as they learned to regulate their nervous systems—finding resilience, clarity, and peace. But I also saw how hard it was for people to access these tools consistently in daily life.
