I’m a dad of three, and for years I’ve been thinking and talking about one feeling that seems to follow so many of us through parenthood: how can we love these years so much and still feel like they’re disappearing while we’re busy living them?

Through Positivity As Parents, I share reminders about making the most of these years while they are here.

But I wanted to create something that did more than remind parents to slow down.

Before They Don’t Need You turns that reminder into something practical, something to do today, somewhere to turn when family life feels difficult, and a place to keep the little pieces you know you’ll want back one day.

That’s also why I created the personalised family keepsakes included with membership, so you can remember what this stage of family life actually felt like, not just what it looked like.

I’m not here to tell anyone how to parent perfectly. I built this to help parents make more of what’s already here, and keep more of it before it changes.
