I'm a dad of three, and I've spent years thinking and talking about one feeling that seems to follow so many of us through parenthood: how can we love these years so much and still feel like they're disappearing while we're busy living them?
Through Positivity As Parents, I've shared thousands of reminders about connection, childhood, guilt, repair and the ordinary moments we often don't realise mattered until later.
But eventually I wanted to create something that did more than remind parents to slow down.
Before They Don't Need You turns that reminder into something you can actually do.
Something small to do today. Somewhere to turn after a hard moment. And a place to keep the little pieces of family life you know you’ll want back one day.
I'm not here to tell anyone how to parent perfectly. I built this to help parents like me make more of what's already here, and keep more of it before it changes.
